The one exception is the hub's redirection workflow (/?KEY), which is open source: its source code is at github.com/SotongDJ/SotongDJ.github.io, under the licence published in that repository. The third-party items below are not covered by it and keep their own terms.

libheif-js is served as its own file (/res/libheif-js/1.23.7/libheif.js) and the tool talks to it only through its worker, so it can be replaced with your own build; its README lists the unmodified upstream sources it is built from.
All fonts are under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Each set's OFL.txt holds its copyright lines and the licence text.

The QR encoder in QR Beam and LAN Beam Pair (qr.js) is the site's own code; its algorithm (the per-version error-correction tables and the alignment-pattern and version-information layout) is derived from Project Nayuki's QR Code generator (MIT License; notice). Both notices also sit beside the copies in LAN Beam Pair.
The pictures under /res/, mostly shown in blog posts. Where a file's name records the tool that made it, it is listed as made with that tool; for the rest, the source was not recorded. No licence is claimed for them here.
